Foundations 2 Change are helping to provide a route out of HMP Birmingham for repeat offenders with multiple complex needs. This will be into appropriate rehabilitation units, recovery housing, training/work opportunities in order to transform the lives of prisoners, breaking the revolving door cycle of the criminal justice system.

Founded by Graham Frost, who started as a motivational speaker after his heart shaped decisions completely changed his life for the better. After escaping a cult, falling into a life of crime and being diagnosed with cancer all before the age of 23, Graham wants to use his story to inspire others to make Heart Shaped Decisions and live your life to its fullest potential.

A support service for individuals with a dual diagnosis or presenting symptoms of mental health and addiction issues. They provide a well-being service which is holistically driven in supporting the whole person as opposed to symptoms. They are currently operating in different sites across the North Solihull Borough.
